I just got back from doing customer management training in Dubai. A great group representing banking, hospitality, oil, and automotive. Now that I'm back in the saddle, I want you to know that I'm giving a luncheon this Monday, thanks to The Capital Cabal (a leading networking group in the DC area) and The Creative Group. Below is the blurb.
Please know that it's filling up, but if you register today I'll give you a free copy of my new book "It's All About CEM", which includes articles in designing and deploying customer experience management systems. (Limit, three books for the next three registrants.) Just my way of saying thank you.
Note on the photo: The three trainers this time in the GCCRM Customer Experience Management (CEM) certificate training were Brownell O'Conner (an Irish call center specialist residing in Dubai), me (center), and Sampson Lee, head of GCCRM and a global experience management and organizational assessment expert.
This is a final reminder for our luncheon roundtable discussion on Monday: “Top 10 CRM Mistakes: What to Fix to Grow Your Organization”. When the going gets tough, the tough seriously get relating to their customers: non-profits, for-profits, not-enough-profits, associations, government…everyone needs to step up customer relations during a downturn.
The attendees to date are high brain-power professionals from associations, development studios, Web 2.0 firms and Internet service providers – join us! We’re looking forward to an intimate, lively and enlightened dialogue led by our presenter and CRM expert Paul Ward.
Paul is a D.C. based business strategy consultant who focuses on customer relationship management (CRM) and customer experience management (CEM) for growth-focused enterprises. Paul is also a Vice President of the CRM Association, a national non-profit of CRM practitioners, vendors, analysts and thought leaders. Paul has lead management strategy seminars in Asia, Europe and North America and is currently partnering with the Greater China executive training program focusing on CRM, CEM and Web 2.0.
The presentation, case studies and attendant discussion will be informative and empowering, all in the cozy confines of the City Club at Franklin Square. Bring your whole team, you won’t want to miss it!
