Right now, I'm training 15 corporate managers in banking, hospitality, automotive, telecom and pharma. We start tomorrow and I expect to have an invigorating experience talking with the delegates about their strategies, doing cross-cultural customer management, and helping them see how our concepts can help them succeed. Truly fun!
